Like her good counterpart, she is upset by the fact none of the friends she makes are at the same level of enjoying sports.

Her method to spread despair is by breaking up friendships.

She can perform Kuro Wind and Kuro Spiral to attack her good counterpart.

Kuro Marine Mirage[]

Like her good counterpart, she is considered an "addict" to shopping and believes it is more important than anyone else.

Her method to spread despair is by keeping people from becoming "addicts" to any sort of thing.

She can perform Kuro Splash and Kuro Wave to attack her good counterpart.

Kuro Sunshine Mirage[]

Like her good counterpart, she doesn't speak very much, and does not believe she can make any friends.

Her method to spread despair is by keeping people from making good friends.

She can perform Kuro Shining and Kuro Glowing to attack her good counterpart.

Kuro Moonlight Mirage[]

Like her good counterpart, she is almost traumatized because of the destruction of the Mirage Kingdom.

Her method to spread despair is by destroying other people's homes with her attacks.

She can perform Kuro Beam and Kuro Strike to attack her good counterpart.

Trivia[]

  • Kuro Pretty Cure are the third evil mirror team to appear in the Pretty Cure universe, after Dark Pretty Cure 5 and Bad End Pretty Cure.
    • Overall, they are the fourth mirror team, after Dark Pretty Cure 5, Mirage Pretty Cure, and Bad End Pretty Cure.
    • Kuro Pretty Cure and Dark Pretty Cure 5 have similarities, because they are created by a main villain, are the fusion between some type of item and the respective counterpart's powers, represent the pasts of the Cures, and have different seiyuus from their good counterparts.
    • Kuro Pretty Cure and Mirage Pretty Cure also have similarities, because at least one of the battles had to span over into the next episode and the battles take place at similar episode numbers. Also, their names are almost the same, except the prefix is different.
    • Kuro Pretty Cure and Bad End Pretty Cure also have similarities, because none of their team members turned good in the end and wanted to spread despair.
  • Kanemoto Hisako, Kuro Marine Mirage's seiyuu, also voiced Cure Peace while Hisakawa Aya, Kuro Sunshine Mirage's seiyuu, also voiced Cure Moonlight. This makes it the first time where a dark counterpart, not including Mirage Pretty Cure or Bad End Pretty Cure, has voiced a good Cure before.
  • A prototype design involved the Kuro Cures having pointed collars, but it was changed to normal collars in the final product.
